Gallery Artgraph offers general rentals for solo exhibitions, group exhibitions, workshops, etc.

We support the exhibition activities of everyone who is passionate about photography.

Exhibits are not limited to photography; we also welcome paintings, crafts, and other art pieces.

(A simple screening process is required for loans, regardless of genre.)

We also offer rentals to companies, allowing use for exhibitions, seminars, and more.

 Individual Gallery Terms of Use

◯ Solo and group exhibitions are available for a minimum of five days, Tuesday through Saturday.

    The basic fee is ¥75,000.

    Optional Monday rental (¥15,000) can be added for a maximum of six days.

    Hours are 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

    The Monday option may not be available. Please inquire about availability, including Golden Week.

◯ Please contact us regarding your desired dates and times.

◯ Please pay half of the rental fee by bank transfer or in person within two weeks of completing your application.

    The remaining balance is due at the start of the rental period.

    Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after application for personal reasons.

    If you have unavoidable circumstances, please contact us promptly to change the date and time.

◯ If you are selling artwork, a 30% agency fee will be charged. If no agency service is required, no fee will be charged.

◯ Please set up and tear down your equipment yourself within the rental period.

    There is an additional fee for setup and teardown assistance.

◯ Since we cannot tolerate exhibitions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals,

    we will conduct a basic review of your artwork and style at the time of application.

◯ Opening and closing parties are also possible

    (please note that participants are responsible for their own preparation and waste disposal).

◯ Short-term parking is available for setup and teardown, but for longer stays, please use a nearby parking lot.

◯ If you are unable to set up or teardown due to distance or other reasons, we can provide this assistance for a fee.

◯ We can provide assistance while you are present in the gallery. Please inquire.

◯ We offer free frame rentals, although sizes are limited.

    Please bring your own artwork and mat. Framing is ¥550 per piece.

◯ We can create an entrance sign (outside) and a door poster. The fee is ¥5,500.

◯ We can design and create direct mail. Please inquire (additional fees apply).

◯ We can also select, print, and mat artwork for display. Please inquire (additional fees apply).
